PCD is diamond grit that has been fused together under high temperature-high pressure conditions in the presence of a catalytic metal. The random orientation of the diamond particles produces a high uniform resistance and hardness to abrasion in every diffrent direction.

An advanced process to a super tough tungsten carbide substrate that provides strength and permis joining with other metals intergrally bonds this PCD layer.
