FLOOR SAW BLADE

The age of concrete is generally determined by the amount of time after the initial pour. Green concrete is usually fresh in 8 hours time. During this stage, the green concrete is extremely abrasive. using the wrong diamond blade will cause a big loss to the user as the wearing rate of diamond bond will be tremendously fast (We recommend Coolman Ashalt Blade during this stage).
Cutting at this stage is usually for control joints to prevent shrinkage cracks.

After 72 hours, the concrete is now considered cured, this will be the right time to use our coolman Flat Saw series ( Coolman Floor Saw Blades).
